- Any remarks or dietary wishes you share with us

- To handle your reservation or request correctly.
- To contact you regarding your question, application, or reservation.
- To send you newsletters and updates (only after your explicit consent).
- To analyze and optimize the performance of our website.
4. Sharing with Third Parties
Your data will not be sold to third parties. We share this information solely with partners who are necessary for our service delivery, such as our reservation system (Tebi / Guestplan), our database hosting (Supabase), and our email provider (Resend).
5. Retention Period
We do not store your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected, with a standard retention period of a maximum of 180 days for contact and job application forms, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period.
